ADVENTURE ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Don’t think we can’t go to your dream location for your engagement session! Engagement sessions are complimentary with your wedding package if you choose to do them within an hour and a half from Thomasville, GA. Above that, I do ask that travel be covered but I strongly encourage you to not let you dreams be limited by location and money – we CAN make them happen – and do it affordably. I think being a travel agent would be my other side job, so if you’ll give me some ideas, I can show you how we can do it!
If you’re up for the adventure, it’s $200 + a one time fee of $200-$500 for my travel and I’ll book my own plane and place to stay.
*Travel fee is dependent on location and average cost of plane ticket, car rental (if necessary), etc.*

VIDEOGRAPHY
videography starts at $2,800
Ahhh engagement shoots are literally my FAVORITE and are sooo important. They help me as your photographer see how you guys react in front of the camera. I learn about your story, about your good angles and your bad. I learn how to better direct and guide you into poses so that you look and feel comfortable. You don’t get a re-do on wedding pics, so engagement pics help make sure we’re all on the same page for your wedding day.
Sometimes, due to scheduling, distance, and time, engagement sessions aren't possible to squeeze in. If this happens to be the case, we can sub the engagement shoot for an anniversary shoot or something similar. I know many people like to use engagement sessions for save the dates, so I promise to do my absolute best to make that work for you.

How many images can we expect?
I have stated in my contract that you can expect anywhere from 700-100+ images. I don’t believe in giving a set amount because each session is different. If the picture is clear and your eyes aren’t closed, it’ll be included in the gallery! If you’d like to see what a full wedding gallery looks like, I’d be glad to send you one!

what if we don't want an engagement session?
The only time I reschedule shoots due to weather is if the weather is so bad that it’s dangerous for us to shoot or it the weather could potentially ruin my equipment. Embracing the weather is part of the adventure and some of the most breathtaking photos are taken in the middle of a rain storm!
*Rescheduling due to rain can work out if we aren't raveling for your shoot and as long as we have dates available*

What if you can't make it to my wedding?
I pray that this will NEVER happen, but in the event that a rare circumstance occurs that makes me unable to make it to your wedding, I have put such a solid team in place. My team is fully capable of holding my duties on your wedding day so you will have nothing to worry about in cases like this.

what if we need to reschedule our shoot due to weather?
A destination wedding is a normal wedding and wedding day, just at an awesome destination! Usually weekend of celebration, rather than just a day.
An elopement is a wedding with less than 50 guests and limited bridal party

WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE OUR WEDDING?
If you have already paid a retainer on your date and need to reschedule or cancel, that retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. If I happen to be available on your new date, a new retainer will be required and we will proceed as normal. If I am not available, your original retainer is still non-refundable. Part of my job is counting on shoots for income. Once I secure your wedding date I am counting on it for income and turning down other potential jobs for that date. However, given recent circumstances such as COVID-19, certain instances may hold different outcomes. If you would like to know how I handled this with my 2020 couples, I will be more than happy to explain!

WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DESTINATION WEDDING AND AN ELOPEMENT?
Let's plan it all out! Where you want to go, when, and then we can start dreaming! I'll figure how much it'll be for us to get out there and then all we have to do is just go adventure!

WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD VIDEOGRAPHY?
If you are interested in adding videography to your wedding package then I am EXCITED! Miranda and I work so incredibly well together and it's just really fun to get to tell your story together. I would love to send you her full information on videography before you make any decisions though so you can be 100% confident in us as a team.

WE ARE INTERESTED IN THE ADVENTURE SESSION. WHAT'S NEXT?
I was lucky enough to go to college at UGA (go dawgs!) so I have people scattered all over the state of Georgia that I can stay with! I am willing to travel to the following cities (and near surrounding areas) for weddings only at no additional travel fees:

do you give out raw photos?
I do not. Editing is part of what makes me the photographer I am and what sets me apart from other photographers. But I promise I won’t leave anything out! If you feel like I may have missed a moment that was special to you, just ask and I’d be more than happy to filter back through the images. I keep ALL images for at least 4 months after your wedding date for this reason. After that, I keep only the images that I delivered to you in your online gallery.
